Point of Care Ultrasound (POCUS) Training

Point of Care Ultrasound is a patient- centered, cost effective tool which fits well with our vision to prepare physicians for practice in limited resource settings.  POCUS is part of a longitudinal curriculum with dedicated ultrasound machines in both the clinic and the hospital including the revolutionary Butterfly IQ.  Residents also have access to Sonosim training software for both required and elective modules.
