Jordan Fortner, PharmD

She will be based out of Health Care for the Homeless, but will often be at UW Family Practice providing patient care in our clinical pharmacy services. Jordan comes to us with a broad pharmacy and leadership background. She looks forward to joining our patient care teams at the clinic.
Kellee Tilson, PharmD
ktilson@uwyo.eduKellee will be joining UWFMR as a PGY-1 pharmacy resident. She graduated from the University of Montana-Missoula in May and is excited for postgraduate pharmacy residency training focusing on ambulatory care and teaching. Kellee has a strong interest in caring for underserved populations. She loves the outdoors and is excited to join the Casper community.
