Family Medicine

Our services include women’s health, osteopathic medicine, sports medicine, behavioral health, x-ray and lab, nursing home care and palliative care, geriatric care, internal medicine and medication management, case management, specialty and procedure clinics, patient education and inpatient hospital care.

Women's Health

Our providers offer exceptional women’s health services, focusing on the changing needs of our female patients in all cycles of life, from adolescence to our post-menopausal patients. Our comprehensive services include well woman exams, cancer screenings, obstetrical care, contraceptive management and outpatient gynecological procedures.

Osteopathic Medicine

Specializing in osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM), our doctors of osteopathy use a number of techniques to reduce pain and increase mobility and range of motion, especially following an injury. OMM appointments provide hands on osteopathic manipulation of bones, muscles and joints, all of which brings great benefit to the patient.

Sports Medicine

In addition to medication management, sports medicine services include the evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of sports and orthopedic injuries. These evaluations focus on the history of injuries and level of physical activity, as well as an assessment of current range of motion, in order to best diagnose and treat the injury.

Behavioral Health

Our onsite behavioralist provides various mental health services that include mindfulness-based stress reduction, therapy for anxiety and depression, nursing home care, tobacco cessation, dialectical behavior therapy, and individual therapy.

Nursing Home Care/Hospice

Our providers and doctors provide family medicine services as well as palliative end of life care onsite at the local nursing homes and hospice agencies.

Home Visits

Our doctor and case manager team visit elderly and disabled patients in their homes when they are unable to travel to the clinic for care. Labs are ordered, blood pressure and oxygen levels are checked and general wellbeing is assessed during these visits.

Case Management

WFP case managers track mammograms and prenatal patients, and assist with nursing home placements. Serving as our biggest patient advocates, they offer assistance with Medicaid and Medicare enrollment, find resources for clothing, food, shelter, medication assistance, oxygen, and self-help services, and they help to empower patients and their families.
