Matthew Choate, DO

Having grown up in Northeastern Oklahoma, Matthew completed his undergraduate degree at Rogers State University. He earned his medical degree from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in Tulsa. His interests include full spectrum Family medicine with a passion for women’s health, procedural medicine and mental health. He, his wife and two children enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking and spending time together.

Fahreen Lalani, MD

Fahreen earned both her medical degree and master’s in public health from St. George’s University School of Medicine. She spent her formative years as a clinical dental hygienist in Toronto, Canada. She then transitioned into academia serving as a clinical and theoretical college instructor. She and her spouse share a love for adventure and travel.

Daniel Lancaster, MD

Born in Utah, Daniel was raised in Green River, WY. He received a B.S. in Physiology and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Wyoming. He then went to Colorado State University, receiving a Master of Biomedical Science. He received his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine with an interest in hospital medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, reading, playing board games and video games with his brothers.

Ugo Mgbudomobi, MD

Born in Nigeria, Ugo was raised in Canada from his late teenage years. After completing a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Lethbridge (Canada), he moved to St. Kitts and Nevis to earn his Doctor of Medicine degree. He is interested in full spectrum family medicine, addressing the needs of the underserved and global populations, and expanding his skills in procedural care. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, attending farmer’s markets, hiking and reading.

Jaden Morrison, DO

Born and raised in Kansas, Jaden completed his undergraduate studies at Kansas State University. After a short break, he attended the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. He is interested in rural medicine, OB/gynecology, emergency medicine, hospital medicine, LGBTQ+ medicine, procedures and ultrasound. He, his wife and daughter enjoy their two cats, James Bond and Grace. He enjoys mountain biking, climbing, skiing, hiking, camping, fishing, wood working, reading, traveling, and playing board and video games.

Victoria Rich, DO

Victoria was born in Georgia and moved around while growing up. She completed her B.S. in Biochemistry at Case Western Reserve University and attended the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. Her interests include full spectrum family medicine rural medicine and raising health literacy rates to patients can be more involved and have autonomy over their medical care. Outside of work she enjoys reading mystery novels, watching British crime shows, hiking and spending time with friends and family.

Brianne Richardson, DO

Having lived throughout the southeastern United States, Brianne considers New Castle, VA, home. She is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and Master of Science graduate form the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, GA. She hopes to practice full-scope family medicine at a critical access hospital in the mountain west. She is also interested in women’s health, wilderness medicine and sports medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dog and cat, exploring the outdoors and jiu jitsu.

Nina Ruckhaus, MD

Raised in Fairbanks, AK, Nina has a passion for training and racing sled dogs. She studied biology at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where she met her husband. She received her medical degree from Trinity School of Medicine. Nina plays the fiddle and enjoys running her bird dog and riding horses. She has an interest in geriatrics, OB and addiction medicine.
